These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and 9999cuci ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the 9999cuci platform, including account registration, use of services, financial transactions, and participation in all gaming activities provided.

By accessing the 9999cuci website or mobile app, making a deposit, playing any game, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

9999cuci's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9999cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned within a reasonable period after the security review is completed.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 9999cuci platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by 9999cuci, subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
